I decided that I am going to create Word Press blogs for both my kids in order for them to pay for their own McDonald Happy Meals they beg me for every day. Not so much for the food, mainly for the cheap toy that will either break or be lost before we get home.
My daughter is in 2nd grade and she already familiar with the internet. My daughter loves making bracelets so we are taking an outing to Wal-Mart and buying bracelet supplies. I will allow her to operate the assembly line on the living room floor and allow her take pictures of each bracelet. I will explain to her how to upload the pictures on her blog.
In addition, having a blog will be good for her writing skills. Hopefully, she will tell all her friends so her friends can get their parents to buy one of her bracelets.
I forgot about this one, she knows how to record herself on my laptop and upload it to You Tube. There’s the video marketing.
I suppose I will place some Google Adsense and affiliate links on her site too.
That takes care of that one.
My son is a different story. Like, how do you get paid for playing games online? That’s all he does. Granted, he’s only 5 years old, but learn a trade already. So, I decided to make him a blog and copy game codes on the site with a couple of Google Adsense and affiliate links and search engine market his site too.
The money that is made from each site will go directly into their accounts, minus my %15 for “doing everything for them” rate. They should be millionaires in a couple of years. They won’t know it, but I will.
Does anyone have any other work related ideas to get our children to pay for their own toys at the Dollar store?

Good to experience that there are blog owners that care about their blogs and not write all kind of useless stuff but rather try to maintain it complete and priceless for the interest of their readers. You’ve done a good job and i thank you for that and also for not traumatizing me with useless garbage and spam.Thank You
I am starting to take my feet on affiliate programs too, so this article is excellent starting point!

Putting them to work early, huh?
This is an excellent idea because they’re going to play on the Internet anyway, so they might as well get paid for it.

I accidentally hit submit before I finished, but I just wanted to add that it’s like a modern-day lemonade stand.

The new aged online modern-day lemonade stand. I like that. I will still put my kids on high traffic street corners in our subdivision to sell lemonade and soda in the summertime. You can’t buy cool refreshing drinks online. Old school methods still work too.
